If you are working with an agent, rest assured that our home sellers have received a detailed explanation of compensation options and have selected an option that works best for their situation. Please see each listing on our featured listings page for any compensation or concession the seller may offer a buyer’s agent, but we always recommend an offer of compensation to the buyer’s agent.
If you are NOT working with an agent, we can submit an offer on one of our listings on your behalf as a transaction broker (facilitator), and we have a pre-negotiated fee with our seller so you, as the buyer, will not pay anything additional for this service. This fee may not be the same as one offered to a buyer’s agent not affiliated with our firm.
At this time, we do not submit offers on properties listed by other agencies or brokerages, however, you may visit our sister company, Beach Bay Real Estate, for more information on the fiduciary buyer’s agent services we offer at a reduced price.
BUYERS of New Construction commission credit program
